Me:  Exactly, sometimes you have to remember that everyone has good in them, but sometimes they have trouble letting it out.

E:  Yeah, it's like she has a tap inside her, and the tap is what lets out the good stuff, but hers is stuck, and it won't open, so that only bad stuff comes out.
